Gordon, our chief dumpling artist, has over 12 years’ chef experience and has worked in a five-star restaurant at Auckland’s Pullman’s hotel. His passion for flavour, his perfectionism, and his unique, contemporary style, means every dumpling is lovingly prepared, perfectly put together, and simply delicious.
